A recording of an unreleased John Lennon song will be auctioned off. It will be auctioned in Copenhagen on September 28th.
Auction house Bruun Rassmussen will auction off a tape of a 30-minute interview recorded by Lennon in Denmark in 1970. During an informal conversation with several local journalists and four schoolchildren, John also played several songs. One of them, titled “Radio Peace,” has never been recorded before.
The estimated value of the lot is between $31,000 and $47,500 (2.2 to 3.5 million rubles at current exchange rates). The buyer will also receive photographs from the meeting and a newspaper with an interview.
