She became very popular with her music video “Sweet Dreams” in which she had androgynous look, which at those times was a shock for people. She sings in many genres, including pop, pop rock, soul, R&B, jazz, and electronic. Among her most successful albums, you can find Diva, Medusa, and Nostalgia. She also wrote a soundtrack to the Lord of the Rings, so you probably already know her voice if you have watched the movie.
